Cleaning of aluminium and copper circuits with water recirculation – NETOX

It is a powerful and effective cleaning agent specially designed for cleaning aluminium and copper circuits with water recirculation from cold generating systems. It has been provided with a high wetting power which allows for homogeneous and orderly impregnation of the entire surface. It has a double action:
- Cleaning action carried out by chemical attack favoured by its high humidity, dissolving incrustations whether they are calcareous, mixed with oxides, silicates, sulphates, etc.
- Detergent and suspending action on loosened dirt and impurities.
It does not attack metallic materials, as it acts superficially on them, without modifying them at all, since the product is gradually neutralized in contact with the incrustations.
Cleaning of cooling towers, cooling circuits and their components. Cleaning of water injection tubes in primary water installations.
Cleaning water conditioners.
Cleaning of condensers, heat exchangers and steam cleaning machines. Cleaning of water circuits of EXPLOSION ENGINES.
Cleaning of RADIATORS
Always mixed with water, varying the dosage depending on the type of incrustation and its thickness, as well as the characteristics of the system to be cleaned. The quantity of water can vary between 1 and 10 litres, the usual measurement being the following:
1 litre of NETOX for every 4-5 l of circulating water. If necessary, add our ESPUM product to control the foam produced by the chemical reaction of the sediments when exposed to NETOX.
To prevent the formation of new scale and oxidation, it is advisable to add TORCAL-S to the filling water.
