PD 680 – Disol 07 Degreasing Solvent

DESCRIPTION
PD 680 Type III Degreasing solvent for dry operations. High paraffinic purity, low odour and high flash point (> 93ºC). High stability.
Its high flash point provides safe conditions for use in cleaning metal surfaces or alloys where complete degreasing is desired.

Characteristics
PD 680 Type 3 has a very high paraffinic purity as a precision cleaner and a very low toxicity level, so it can be used in applications where toxicity levels are rigid when using solvents. For dry cleaning of metal surfaces or alloys where total degreasing is desired. For degreasing and cleaning fuselages, aircraft bellies, helicopters, light aircraft, sheet metal, engines, or any metal surface before being painted.
Due to its high flash point it is used as an immersion cleaner at elevated temperatures. It removes mineral oils, lubricants, coolants, synthetics, waxes and particles. DISOL 07 is compatible with many polymeric substrates, elastomers and is safe for use with ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
The PD680 cleaner is suitable for replacing other flammable or low flash point solvents such as Isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetone, Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), Toluene, etc.

DIRECTIONS
Apply the product to the area to be treated, spraying it or spreading it with a brush or roller on the surface to be cleaned.
