Synthetic cutting fluid for grinding machines – GREEN

Contains corrosion inhibitors and stabilizing additives against hard water. Its use offers advantages:
- It is transparent, allowing a clearer view of the work.
- Antioxidant and great cooling power, avoiding cracks during grinding.
- It does not decompose.
- Allows for quick and safe removal of filings and abrasive dust from grinding wheels, as GREEN does not contain any fatty substances.
Because it is a synthetic product, it cannot dull the tooth, preventing a lack of bite.
It has a yellow-orange color in its pure state and a green color in aqueous solution.
In the grinding of steels, both in flat, internal and external grinding. It can also be used to grind novular cast iron, malleable cast iron or cast steel, as well as extra hard alloys such as cobalt and tungsten steel, although in these latter cases the proportion of use must be higher.
It is used in concentrations of 2% when grinding steel, and 6% when grinding cast iron.
